Current Nomination/Testing Period
GT nomination period for the 2018-2019 school year opens September 10th, 2018
and closes on Friday, October 26th, 2018.

If you are interested in nominating a student in grades K-5, please contact the student's homeroom teacher to discuss whether or not he/she would be a good candidate for testing. If you are interested in nominating a student in grades 6-12, please see next paragraph for further instructions. If you decide to nominate a student, complete the Electronic Nomination Form from the Nomination Forms section below. If you are unable to complete the form online, you may download and print the Nomination Form, complete, and return to the student's homeroom teacher, the student's campus office, or Tracey Meador in the Elementary building.
The forms will be processed and parents will receive a letter detailing the evaluation portion of the nomination process. After data is gathered, a Selection and Placement Committee will meet to discuss the data and determine the best educational environment for the student based on that data. Notification of the results will be mailed no later than January 18th, 2019 . Electronic Nomination is the preferred method of submission. Click on the form below and complete. The nomination will automatically be submitted for the entered student. Parents/Guardians will receive additional information to be completed and returned.
If you are unable to complete the electronic form above, you may print the nomination form below and turn it in to the student's homeroom teacher, the student's campus office, or Tracey Meador in the Elementary building before the due date.
