All Returning students will be required to register online using the online ParentPortal. If you do not have a ParentPortal please start with step 1. If you already have a ParentPortal account. Please login and start with step 3.
GO TO WODENISD.ORG
Click on the Parent Page and select Parent Portal.
Select the second tab CREATE ACCOUNT.
Follow the prompts to set up account.
***Make sure enrolling parent lists the same email account used to set up Parent Portal. These must match.***
You must verify your email address.
LINK A STUDENT
Log into Parent Portal
Top right, click on profile icon and open “My Account”.
Select Link an Enrolled Student to add children using the students unique Parent Portal ID and birthdate. Please contact your campus secretary or district registrar for help.

Jr High EXT- 2000
High School EXT- 3000
COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR EACH STUDENT
Sign into Parent Portal.
In the Opening Dashboard, each linked student account appears. Under each name is a ‘Registration’ button. Click on the Registration button to start completing forms for that child. **If the registration button is not there, contact your campus secretary.
Go through each step. Complete all information very carefully. Please be sure to fill out all required information before moving to the next page.
2 types of forms:
View Only: Read the information. By clicking Next Form, you are confirming that you have viewed the form.
Review and update: Review existing information and add/update as needed.
SAVE & CONTINUE
As you complete each form, click Save Form to
save any entered information.
If you leave Parent Portal before finishing
registration, a RESUME REGISTRATION button is
displayed allowing you to continue where you left
off.
The list on the left displays Pending or Complete to
indicate registration status.
SUBMIT REGISTRATION
On the last step, make sure you click on “Finish & Submit”.
Repeat for all siblings.
Please check your email for updates and notification of approval by the District.
You will need to obtain the following documentation and fill out the District Registration Packet. Then bring it Mrs. Dotson at the Administration building. We cant wait to see you!
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate
Proof of Identification for Person Enrolling Student
Current valid state ID/Drivers license
Federal or international photo identification that contains the name, birth date and signature
2 Proof of Residence - Current Resident
The proof of residence must be in the name of the person with legal responsibility for the child
Current Utility Bill (water, sewer, gas, electric showing both the service and mailing address)
Current Property Tax Statement (with Homestead Exemption)
Lease Agreement
Student(s) must be listed as an occupant on apartment lease.
An agreement between individuals requires both signatures to be notarized.
2 Proof of Residence - Non-Resident
If you currently reside with a district resident and do not have a utility bill in your name:
Affidavit of Address -Please click on link to print Affidavit. It must be notarized.
1 proof of address:
DL or State ID with current address listed
Documentation from Employer, such as pay check stub, personnel papers, tax forms, or withholding statements
Insurance papers issued in the name of the enrolling party
Bill and/or statement form bank, or major credit card company.
Approved District Transfer Paperwork -
*Transfers are approved at the campus level according to class size. If you have not already, you will need to fill out the application for transfer and return it to the campus principal to be processed first. Upon approval you will then complete this process.
Immunization Record –
A record showing that the child has the immunizations required by Education Code 38.001
Affidavit issued by the state exempting the student from being fully vaccinated
Homeschool Documents-
*Please note that the parent/guardian is responsible for getting all Homeschool records to the school*
School Documents- Woden ISD can request these from other public schools, but providing them with expedite the enrollment process.
Information about any special programs the student is in. Including IEP or 504.
Incoming K-9th graders must have a Report Card showing promotion or placement in the next grade.
10th through 12th graders must have a Transcript for prior high school years.
International high school students – You will need to email the Registrar’s office the following:
6th, 7th, and 8th grade report cards
9th through 12th grade transcripts
International Jr High and Elementary students - You will need to email/ provide your last report cards showing completion or promoted to the next grade.
